If you want free internet, and you want coffee made with robot love, then go to your local Starbucks. I don't normally write at the bucks, but the library was closed today so I did. The place was--for the first time I can recall--absolutely packed. It wasn't because of other displaced library people because I didn't recognize anyone. Instead, it had to have something to do with their new policy about free WiFi. I heard at least seven people in three hours ask if the net was free, and saw many more connect before they'd buy a drink.
At one point an employee even made loud reference to the fact that they have been swamped since July 1 when they started offering free internet to all.
Friendly advice, the bucks is now the hot spot for more than AT&T customers, but don't be this guy:

Taking your Xbox and a TV and a headset mic to the Starbucks is NOT OK!
Peace!
I don't like the coffee but I sure love to study there. One day I may get my laptop and see you there. 2 writers...sitting at Starbucks...trying to write and get published.
